I got mine installed yesterday. It looks great! I was hestating on ordering carpet online but now I am confident. I
can't see paying double elsewhere would get anything better than the carpet I just got from you guys. The selection,
service and price...I can see why Carpet Universe has been in business so long...you are great!

We received carpet today, within two weeks, just as promised. It only took us four hours to have it installed. Most of
that time was taken up removing old carpet. We love the Rodeo Drive. It looks great, and not only did you save us
money, but I liked "ask the decorator" on your website the most. It was a great help.

around both locally and on the internet (receiving samples from all companies) we chose your company for what
seemed to be the best value for our money. We recently received our new carpet and I must say that delivery was
very timely, and the customer service representative that took our order over the phone was extremely pleasant and
helpful. The carpet looks GREAT! I would highly recommend your product - especially when a local "bargain"
company wanted almost 50% more than what we paid through you. Same warranty, but your carpet sample,
Everlasting, looks to be of higher quality. Thanks for all of the wonderful service!

I have to tell you how wonderful the carpet looks...and yes, I am happy with the berber, my husband thinks we
should have put the berber in the bedrooms, living room, etc. The packing was first class...couldn't have arrived
more perfectly. The installer from CFI said the pad cost about $5.00/sy at Carpet One here. Thanks for saving me
so much money.
